How are my services provided, since these for the most part are not products to be shipped?

Great question! Since most of our services on here require communication. We reach out to you the next business day after your order to coordinate how we provide your services. 

How do radio and tv commercials work?

These ads are purchased and become what is known as a "media buy". The media buy will be processed by us. Remember every buy needs what we call "creative". For example, in a radio ad we need the ad we will play or in a tv commercial spot for :30 we need a :30 commercial. 

What if I do not have a creative or spot ready for my buy?

Your buy will be placed on hold. We have a production team ready to go and have very affordable packages for both tv and radio production. If you buy, let us know you do not have your ad ready when we reach out. If you'd like you can also purchase your ad production on our store.
